🚨 ATTENTION GFQ PLAYERS! 🚨

Hey guys! Tyler and Margaret Styer here.

The draw for the Ultimate Pool Wisconsin Grand Finals Qualifier is complete and is now available in your app! 🎱

We have 6 teams competing, so the format will be double elimination with a one-set final.

📅 MATCH SCHEDULE

The draw system wouldn’t allow us to schedule every match in advance, but the playing times for the weekend will be:

Saturday
• 10:00 AM
• 2:00 PM
• 6:00 PM

Sunday
• 10:00 AM
• 2:00 PM
• 6:00 PM

🚨 Please disregard 8:00 pm second round schedule that is currently in the draw. It is not accurate!

If your team has a first-round bye, your first match will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday.

All other teams will begin at 10:00 AM Saturday.

🚪 Doors open at 9:00 AM.

💰 PRIZE FUND & GRAND FINALS TRAVEL FUND

Because this is our first year and our league is still growing, we currently have $2,000 in the players fund from the season. As Ultimate Pool Wisconsin continues to grow, we expect the players fund—and future GFQ prize funds—to grow along with it.

To make our inaugural GFQ even more worthwhile for our players, Tyler and Margaret Styer are personally adding another $2,000 to the tournament.

That brings the guaranteed GFQ prize fund to $4,000:

🥇 1st Place — $2,000
🥈 2nd Place — $1,200
🥉 3rd Place — $800

In addition, Ultimate Pool Wisconsin has a separate $3,500 Grand Finals Travel Fund, which will go to the winning team to help cover travel expenses for the Ultimate Pool Grand Finals.

🏆 THE WINNING TEAM RECEIVES:

💵 $2,000 GFQ First-Place Prize
✈️ $3,500 Grand Finals Travel Fund
👕 Team jerseys from UPL partner JamUp Apparel

Total cash & travel support: $5,500!

🎟️ RAFFLES & ADDITIONAL PRIZES

We reached out to our sponsors and received some awesome prizes from Kamui, Meucci, Viking, and TACTIQ for raffles throughout the weekend!

Prizes will include items such as:

🎱 Cues & cases
🎱 Tips, gloves & chalk
🎱 Coaching gift certificates
🎱 And more!

100% of the raffle proceeds will be added directly to the tournament prize fund.

That means the more raffle tickets we sell throughout the weekend, the bigger the final prize fund becomes! 💰

🎱 MORE THAN JUST A TOURNAMENT

We want Wisconsin’s first GFQ to be a fun experience for everyone—not just another weekend of matches.

Between matches, Tyler and Margaret Styer will be offering free tips and coaching, and we’ll also have mini tournaments and fun 6-ball shootout challenges on the side.

This is the first-ever Ultimate Pool GFQ in Wisconsin, and we want to make it special for the players who earned their way here.

Thank you for being part of Ultimate Pool Wisconsin and helping us grow the league during our first year. ❤️

We’re looking forward to seeing everyone at Legacy’s Sports Bar on Saturday, September 12!

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
