Please take note of the following important Dates and Rules as we transition into Session 3 and approach the end of the season.

 

IMPORTANT DATES:

 

- WILDCARD 6 BALL SHOOOUT: (Wednesday Division Only): April 22nd at Carlow East

- SESSION 3 START DATE: (Wednesday Division Only): May 6th

- GRAND FINALS QUALIFIER: Weekend of August 29th (Location TBD)***This will be confirmed as soon as all NY METRO Divisions get going on 3rd session.

- GRAND FINALS: November 2–7th at Harrah's Casino Resort, N.C.

 

QUALIFIER AND GRAND FINALS RULES:

 

1. Eligibility: All players must have completed at least 10 matches to participate in qualifiers. No exceptions.

2. Roster Maintenance: Qualified teams must maintain at least five players from their qualifying roster to remain eligible.

3. Conflict of Interest: Any player appearing on both rosters of a specific match must sit out and may not compete, coach, or assist either side.

4. Travel Commitment: Your Session 3 roster will be your Grand Finals roster. Captains, please confirm your players are able to travel for the Grand Finals during the week of November 2–7th.

5. Active Status: To maintain eligibility for the Grand Finals, all players on a winning team must remain on an active team roster during the following season.

6. Buy-in Option: The top 25% of teams based on qualifier placement may choose to buy into the Grand Finals at a discounted rate ($2,750). Based on current team numbers, this allows 2nd and 3rd place teams to pool resources and compete for the $100K prize.
